Emily Crocker joined the firm after graduating cum laude from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Emily served on the Moot Court Executive Board and as an editor of Willamette Law Online. After her second year of law school, she earned a government honors fellowship in Washington, D.C., where she advocated for victims of police brutality by preparing police misconduct cases for administrative prosecution. Emily then represented victims of gender-related violence as a member of Willamette’s Human Rights and Refugee Law Clinic. Emily was a finalist in both the Bruce Spaulding and Don Turner Trial Competitions, and was selected by Willamette to compete at the National Trial Competition. She graduated with the distinction of Order of the Barristers, awarded for outstanding trial advocacy.

Emily practices in the area of motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and sexual abuse. She is active with the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, Salem Young Professionals, and the Salem Coalition for Equal Justice where she coaches a high school mock trial team geared toward Latino youth.
